Ryan Armstrong is the President of AZBBA and a trusted advisor with Transworld Business Advisors. With years of experience helping business owners navigate complex sales and acquisitions, Ryan is dedicated to supporting Arizona’s broker community through education, collaboration, and integrity in every transaction.
Dr. Fernando Acosta, Vice President of AZBBA, leads with both business and academic excellence. As a senior broker with First Choice Business Brokers Phoenix, he specializes in valuations, M&A, and ethical deal-making. Holding a Doctorate in Management and multiple business degrees, he is dedicated to elevating Arizona business brokerage standards.
As Membership Chair for AZBBA, Shaun Rudgear brings extensive experience in healthcare business sales through Strategic Medical Brokers. His firm specializes in selling medical practices, helping physicians and healthcare owners achieve maximum value with minimal disruption while advancing high standards for Arizona’s brokerage community.
Annette Anderson serves as Secretary for AZBBA and represents Arizona Escrow & Financial Corp, where she brings deep expertise in escrow management and compliance. With a focus on transparency, trust, and service, Annette helps Arizona business brokers and clients navigate smooth and secure business transactions statewide.
As Association Attorney for AZBBA, Isabel Gram provides the legal guidance that underpins the organization’s ethical foundation. Through her firm, Constant Counsel, Isabel advises Arizona business brokers and clients on contracts, compliance, and best practices that ensure professionalism and trust in every transaction.
Board Member Hani Aldulaimi brings over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate and business brokerage to AZBBA. A Cornell graduate and founder of the Commercial Petroleum Group, Hani has managed over $500 million in transactions and remains committed to strengthening Arizona’s brokerage industry through integrity and innovation.
Tim Collins serves as Treasurer and Affiliate Chair for AZBBA, representing American Momentum Bank. With decades of experience in business banking and finance, Tim supports Arizona business brokers and their clients with tailored lending solutions, financial insight, and a collaborative approach that promotes local economic growth.
