Since 1983, the Arizona Business Brokers Association (AZBBA) has believed that the strength of Arizona’s business brokerage industry depends on the knowledge, ethics, and professionalism of its members.
That’s why AZBBA invests heavily in mergers and acquisitions certification and business broker education through ongoing training, professional development, and continuing-education programs. These initiatives empower members to better serve business buyers, sellers, and Arizona’s small business economy.

Arizona’s Only School Dedicated to Business Brokerage

The AZBBA School of Real Estate & Business Brokerage is the first and only school in Arizona focused exclusively on business brokerage and mergers and acquisitions certification.
Recognized by the Arizona Department of Real Estate, the School was established by AZBBA in 2006 to provide structured, accredited training for Arizona brokers. Its mission is to close the education gap in business brokerage by offering courses that count toward continuing-education (CE) credits and meet real-world needs.

Earn Your Certified Business Broker (CBB) Designation

One of AZBBA’s most respected credentials, the Certified Business Broker (CBB) program is Arizona’s recognized pathway toward advanced business brokerage and mergers and acquisitions certification.

To qualify, members complete required coursework, demonstrate transaction experience, and maintain ongoing continuing education. The CBB designation signals to clients that you’re a knowledgeable, ethical, and trustworthy professional dedicated to excellence in business brokerage.
